Att Gen Holder Faces Resignation Pressure

Today the republican congress hauled up Attorney General Holder to put HIM on trial.  They are accusing him of some kind of cover up of the deeds of key Obama administration officials on the matter of this deliberately leaking stuff to the press on national security affairs to make his administration look better in this politically.  Congress is demanding that Holder set up a special prosecutor to investigate these Crimes and that if he doesn't they will demand his resignation.  There is also some question about irregularities in some Mexican military campaign by the Obama administration they want to get to the bottom to.  This stuff isn't going away and it's never going away till Mitt Romney gets elected and the President seems completely impotent and out of tools in his arsenal to put a stop to anything the Republicans would choose to do, fair or unfair to make his administration look bad.

Today is June 12th and it's the fiftieth anniversary of the escape of Alcatraz incident, or the only known case where three criminals, bank robbers, broke out of prison and got off the Rock making a raft out of raincoats sewn together.  There have been movies made about manuvering things to cover up work they were doing by demonstrating that he rained chipped paint in a lower level.  They would dig in the wall and fashion plaster out of items and paint it over every night before bed check with some kind of quick drying paint that doesn't smell.  We are all familiar with the remark about it being mid June ans "You know summer is on its way because the weather is getting colder" in a bit of Bay Area humor.  No bodies were ever found and to this day it is presumed all three men survived the swim through the cold waters of the bay with its strong currents.

The victims of the sexual molestion by Jerry Sandusky are themselves being put on trial it seems by trying to get them to emotional break down by asking them the same questions over and over again, as if that would prove anything.  People wonder why some evil people get away with committing the more agreegious acts of agression against others and seemingly never have to pay the price or have their reputations tainted in any way whereas others seem to "get it" for even minor or non existent officenses and are people whose lives can be Ruined- - as the people who ruined them get off Scott free.  People argue how the forces of karma can play out this way.  Well in the long run it doesn't.  But you also know that our lives earthly lives were all pre scripted before the dawn of time.  To me it's highly possible that we in fact ARE told exactly how our lives will "play out" before we are born, as if being given the preview of a contraversial Movie ahead of time.  I can't explain that.  I'll just say that in the After Life it's impossible for these evil people to Hide from anybody, but anything they do or are even thinking is revealed to those who want to see it.  In many cases of a good person "turning bad" they may be just "living off their stored good karma" much as a fat person does OK for a season even in times of food shortage.  We have spoken of protective spells or "Magic Circles".  One way in which these might work is a variation of the Warner Brothers cartoon where the road runner paints the side of a cliff to look like a mountain road and runs through it, whereas the Cayote crashes smack dab into a wall.  They are able to create "secreted karmic space" others can't touch.  It could well also be it's more of the rug and the pit example where you cross the rug and fall into the pit.  In other words there is a Black Hole- - you could say their own black karmic hole was ":moved" to that location where the other is- - but they don't see it but think they see the guy they are agressing against.  But in the realm of the Dead the Living cannot go because it is "beyond infinity".  The focal length varience factor on your camera F length specification can never dip below a factor of 1 for focal length varience from specified F length.  Another more graphic way to portray- - or not portray- - beyond Infinity is the vanishing railroad tracks going to the horixon in a painting.  At the point where the lines appear to meet you have Infinity, and you can go no further.  It's not "an input that's allowed".  So it is with the Living seeking the realm of the Dead.  To an artist that which lies Beyond that pair of intersecting lines is NOT SPACE.  Picture a spider's web.  The circles go on round and round forever.  The lines coming out from the center from all directions intersect.  This is the intersection of the physical and the afterlife world.  We who are on the circle can't get off into the intersecting vertical line.  It's wrong to say that physical space "shrinks" till it "goes negative".  Something that is inherently NOT SPACE cannot be measured - even by using a negitive number.  We'll have part two of this later.

There was an ongoing contest between Marcus and "Pink" for who would be the "New Unknown John Vlcalist".  There was a simulated Federation video of Marcus being interviewed for the position, and in this video Marcus made an ass of himself saying every stupid thing this side of Jethro Bodeine or an Edih Bunker.  But he was used for the BBC broadcasts for a trial run.  Pink was used on three tracks on "With the Beatles", "You Really God a Hold on Me", "Money" and 'All I Gotta Do".  Marcus has his first term at bat in the studio on March first 1964 when he recorded "Long Tall Sally" and another song the first for him to sing on 'I Call Your Name".  As you know there was general unhappiness with the way Billy J Cramer and the Dekotas did this song and Marcus felt he could do it better.  Marcus was brought out for other isolated single songs in 1964, "Slow Down", "Leave My Kitten Alone" and the demo version of "Mr Moonlight" done the way they had done it in Hamburg- - - fast.  He did three more songs with the Beatles, "Rock and Roll Music", "Dizzy Miss Lizzy" and "Bad Boy" and then he was pretty much retired because Pink showed himself to be the superior man both in his vocals and he actually wrote songs for the band.  Marcus may never have appeared with the Beatles again except - - Paul wanted to do one more album "Like the old days' so they did Abbey Road.

This is 1:20 in the morning.  Which song did I just add which wasn't on this list in the previous draft?  "Pink" made the error.  (today's Sylvia Brown psychic acuity test) It's actually an error that I wouldn't normally make, but someone "compilationally challenged" would make.  "Pink" fed this information to me via another Federation agent.  As to that so called "reenactment" of my "first contact" with the Other Side in the spring of 1963, this film (anachronism) was produced by that Federation guy who was recently fired by Mal Evans.  However there are all times when we are all caught playing the fool.  But it's people who never seem to learn from their mistakes or even aknoledge them as mistakes, who never grow karmicly.  There is a cosmic hint that karmic growth comes from the number of Good ideas in a positive sense, rather than the number of "mistakes".  A good bumper sticker is Speed is the road to Liberation. Sometimes a person who "never makes mistakes" never grows. Computer transmissions can be broken down in terms of single moments of Time, as well as single moments or "points" of space.  A lot of my point (one of - - ) in the next paragraph is that in Math - - sometimes are "projected" or graphed in "ways we can understand them better" but take on forms, such as parables, which have to be "seen through" and to get over literal in the Math break-down is not to realize that  Perhaps Socrates allegory of the Cave is helpful after all here.  We view the Other Side in shadows.  Electronics (at least now) relate in "first degree" or "linear" logic.  Coordenate geometry also employs curved (some call "non linear" two dimensional logic, a lot of people have a problem with.  But to think in terms of "information acquisition" three dimensionally takes an even larger leap.  But it could be argued that "Being There" IS the third dimension of psychic or "informational" reality.  Note we should change it to "photons" have no mass in the Following paragraph.  This is an Einstinian axiom because at least in my world, zero times anything positive or negative is still zero.  In Einsteins world- - is something with No Mass- - exhibits positive kenitic energy - - it violates a long standing newtonian principle about force and impact.  Read about it below.  When reading, try to focus on Each Sentense, one at a time.

Sometimes things like “perceptions” have “format problems” like seeing sound as those psychedelic waves on Pay TV where the screen normally would be black in that portion.  We spoke of concave or hyperbolic space as “formatted” to Our Kind of space, it appears that way in certain cases.  Concave space is NOT what is often called “negative space” which geometrically would be either one or three (an odd number) of dimensions gone negative.  Space with but one dimension gone negative would be “mirror space”.  Concave space is not that.  We have spoken of light “behaving as we know it” as if Mass were negative by bending away rather than tword where the whole subject of refraction comes in.  We have spoken as “space” that is perceived as that is “functionally” a different kind of space, not of distance but “space for the karmic spirit or Will to operate.  The Will of any karmic subject is to “generate” more space.  Opperating against this is the “power of the Circle” which here is not our friend but in a different - - perverse way- - the whole “side” of a karmic funnel can be said to be hyperbolic in that it is ninety degrees at both ends or the straight points- - going on forever.  The “power of the circle” robs you of karma.  In this case it could be argued in this realm it’s the karma that has the positive mass.  But as with computers and electronics like TV and radio and computers- - all three use linear logic, where the operative dimension is essentially Time and this Time is punctuated in the case of computer programs not by a stop watch but by “number of events” or calculations.  Thus the more events done the more time is “used”.  Light would be neutral in both realms - - and yet compatable in both realms because in Ordenary or Natural space- - light travels positive distances, which in Einstein’s view causes the prima facia zero mass Photons to acquire mass.  We know that Mass and Time virtually always have an inverse relation to each other in ordinary Newtonian math.  We see the resultant attribute as “force”.  Force is a positive vector divided by time product.  Since time and space have this inverse function - - - when light gets into the realm of being measured by “Time” instead of “Vector space speed” these neutal protons would accordingly take on what would have to be called negative mass as perceived in concave space.  Everything within “The circle” (or positive space) is seen as the enemy of karmic space itself.  Hence one could say that going within the hyperbola (doing the axis vertical horizontal flip flop again) could be viewed as NOT SPACE.  Just as - - there is no such thing as going “beyond Infinity” in some cases, in other cases Infinity is ONE (like the focal length example with a camera lenz) and values the other side of one “don’t happen” just as the hyperbolic squation doesn’t relate well to entries into the formula greater than one.  Everything within “The Circle” is a part of The One.  But beyond the circle you are not OF the circle and so are not OF ordinary space.  I hope this isn’t too complicated but I had to take just one more crack as explaining this whole thing.

In Order To Form A More Perfect Union

On talk radio today has been talk of how school teachers, police and fire are “the enemy” because these jobs are public sector and not private.  But my discussing this topic again would only be reinventing the wheel since both Randy Rhodes and that Latino guy from KTLK 1150 have already covered this topic much more in depth and better than I could hope to.  So we are going straight to the pramble of the Constitution just to parse a few words, a favorite pastime of mine just to break down the meanings of the words and establish we are all on the same page.
The first line is to FORM a more perfect union.  With each of these five injunctions a different verb is used and the use of each one is significant.  Form means to create or fashion or bring into existence that which did not exist before.  The second sentence is “To ESTABLISH justice”.  Establish has a somewhat different meaning because in the case of the former, the object of the sentence “Union” did not exist before.  But here we are “entablishing’ something that already had an existence before, if you are into the Bible or English common law or whatever.  The image here is “establishing a beach head’ as with troops in a new location, or establishing a colony of earth people on another Planet.  The word can also refer to such things in police science as Establishing a time line for the crime, or Establishing certain facts, which can be relied upon.  The facts were already True before but now we are “establishing’ them officially as something we can rely upon.  In Establishing a business - - most likely- - for instance selling designer T shirts- - where the people already had the skills and were already doing it on an informal basis but this is merely a new “venue” or means of accomplishing the same ongoing thing.  Then we have to PROVIDE for the common defence.  This means that this activity is mandated to be monetarily provided for with tax payer dollars.  Then we have our next sentence of to PROMOTE the general welfare.  The word here is not to provide for but merely to promote.  However people like Thom Hartman point out that inequity among the rich and poor to too great of a degree is bad for everything from crime statistics to mental health issues and overall satisfaction of the people with society.  Someone said today that the middle class within a certain income bracket has lost some forty percent of their net worth in the last dozen years, whereas the rich own an even Bigger piece of the pie.  We should PROMOTE the opposite.  So here we have a clear case of constitutionally mandated “class warfare” if you will.  Finally we have the phrase to SECURE the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and Posterity.  Here the word alludes to a binding into place or tying up, as with a horse to a post or a boat to a dock.  The image here is to insure that it doesn’t “get away from us” inadvertently.  Capish?
Elvis Di Mira did Will Horton a real favor in getting him out of jail by going bail.  It makes a big impact on the jury I’m sure to see a man walk into court a free man rather than be led in by a balif in handcuffs.  My advice to Will is “don’t think too long” about E J’s offer because it’s a good one.  The fact that Junior trusts Will again sends a loud message that at least the son trusts the accused enough to let him back into his good graces and that the son does not suspect (for all they know) Will of the murder of his “beloved father”.  The only one in danger of spilling the beans on this one is Lexi.  And to reveal this little factoid would be to do everyone a disservice.  Will desperately needs Elvis as an allay and now he has him as that.  Elvis wont rat Will out now because they are friends and supposedly working on the same side.  I guess it’s pretty much a case of “You scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours”.  Otherwise this case could become really messy.  But right now the police don’t have squat on either of them.  Ideally anybody guilty of a crime would confess it immediately.  In this case they might as well because the whole town of Salem would hail them as heroes.  Why make the innocent suffer one more day or expend one needless minute of police man power's time when you can put an end to it right now?  All I can say is that it's human nature to put ourselves in the best light and a lot of that means others NOT knowing what secret faults we may have.
I had Breakfast with the Beatles on when Face the Nation ended their special show at nine thirty.  I didn’t know that Eric Cpaltin played on “Cold Turkey”.  Ken Scott was the engineer of that song, and the previous Claptin song was “While My Guitar Gently Weeps”.  Ken Scott was on the whole last part of the program starting before eleven actually and going on till noon.  He was “third in line’ on Rubber Soul, but he took over as the engineer proper during Magical Mystory Tour when Jeff Emerick had done the initial recordings of ‘I’m The Walrus”.  Ken Scott engineered the White Album, as well as the ‘Lennon” album and ‘Imagine” apparently.  He also did “Truth” by Jeff Beck, before moving on to David Bowie where he produced all but the first Bowie album with Mick Ronson on it (ending with “Pin-ups”) or the Bowie albums he did with RCA.  He is also proud of “Crime of the Century”.  Supertramp IS a musical “crime of the century” of bad taste.  I thought Ken Scott played saxophone.  Apparently there was a long-standing second in line named Norm, who was Ken’s boss for a while.  Ken Scott says it’s only a myth that the Beatles didn’t have a lot of fun doing the White album.  It’s just another of those myths that seemed to develop a life of its own.  Chris Carter also played “Mama, You’ve Been on my Mind” a tasty Harrison rendition of the Dylan classic and if that’s really George going the guitar work it’s the best I’ve heard from him.  Scott refused to choose between George Harrison and Mick Ronson.  That one for me is a slam dunk.  I’d pick Mick Ronson every time.  Allow me now in the Alfred Hitchcock tradition to insert myself into this story.  I knew Jeff Emeric from Abbey Road.  I never met Ken Scott but if he produced the White Album he gave Ringo’s drumming a unique sound that’s never been duplicated on any other album besides the first “John Lennon” album. The final song of the morning was the rarer version of “Isn’t It a Pity?”
I wanted to talk just a little about this persistent roomer I’ve been hearing that President Obama has decided to “cease and decist” as far as talking about Mitt Romney’s role at Bane Capi8tal.  This is the heart and soup of who Mitt Romney was for vast periods of his life.  He loves sticking it to people like he enjoyed cutting that boy’s long blonde hair, and posing as a police officer to frighten people, which is by the way illegal in just about any state.  I think it’s clear the Romney has been a “Poser” much of his life.  And we know his prime passion is getting what he wants by hook or crook out of people or corporations and not caring one bit who suffers from his actions, as long as he himself is in the clear and can’t be touched.  All of Romney’s republican opponents mainly Gingrich and Santorum attacked Romney for his activities at Bane Capital and I believe even Rick Perry got into the act with his “vulture capitalism” line.  Of course I’m sure at that point Rush Limbaugh regarded Rick Perry as a traitor for uttering this remark.  But for the president to suddenly take all this “off the table” is to stipulate that he doesn’t regard any of it as a moral impediment or anything that can be held against him.  In essence this places the President on the same moral par as Mitt Romney because the Bible says that to approve of something is to vicariously take part in it yourself.  This is just another of the many reasons why I will be voting Green Party or something this fall and not for returning this President to office.  I imagine I’ll be voting straight democratic for every other office.

THESE LITTLE TOWN BLUES  The Latino host in the morning said that in the case of the Catholic priests molesting young boys, it isn't the religion's fault but merely of the acquition of power that some people can't handle without abusing it.  The situation with the whole Jerry Sandusky trial is that it is a horrible example of what happens in a small town where "everybody knows everybody".  It's like Harper Valley PTA where everyone knows about everybody else but they wink and look the other way and gleefully get on the phone to gossip to someone about what they've just learned, for its "entertainment value" much the same function as these Tabloid Entertainment shows on TV serve today.  The trouble is this is a serious case so when you have the attorneys going on fishing trips with the judge over the weekend or something- - they are not inclined to view this familiarity the same way "city slickers" view it.  The Big City prides itself on being cold and dispassionate.  But did you know that no less than eight of the twelve main jurors in this sexual molestation case are actually involved directly with Penn State in one way or another.  Nobody cared to screen them out of the jury pool.  It's apparently "just the way they do business" in a small town, and so when acquittal comes when it is sure to come, don't way you weren't warned, just as in the Mc Martin case.

We all know that Born Again Christians all have a story to tell.  But the question is do the guilty have the nerve to tell it?  Charles Tex Watson of the Manson Family may have admitted to and described countless other murders out there in the desert in1969 we know nothing about.  I told you I have encountered Christians I felt withheld "vital information" from me.  So the question is whether Tex is really ready to "Man Up" and face whatever consequences befall the Manson family now- - or will he use his not so new Christian Faith as kind of that magic shield from 'The Past" like so many others do?  Will he continue ti withhold evidence the police should rightfully have?  Will he allow the chips to fall as they may?  Or will he use this stock line about how certain things are "off limits" and stonewall?  Many people have the motto of "Even if I did it you'll never prove it, so that's really the same thing as if I didn't do it as far as you're concerned".  These people exhibit no fear of God what so ever or respect what the Bible says about confessing sins.  Instead they really don't believe in God as they claim to or they think "God is stupid' or something, or is too dull whitted to even care or trouble himself about such a thing.  Yeah.

Twelve Reasons Why I Won't Vote for Obama

I’ve thought a lot about not voting for President Obama and have concluded that it is now impossible for me to vote for this president.  There are just too many “deal breakers” any one of which should serve as a reason for not voting for this President.  The biggest apparent danger of electing Mitt Romney as President is that he will crash the economy but if a crash must come - - Let It Come.  There is probably no way of avoiding another round of taxes and Romney will realize it and raise them and an ever fickle American public will give him the blame.  The American people as a whole are utterly ignorant of just what drives the economy and I hold out little hope of educating them before November so the adage is true that “We get the leaders we deserve”.

1.       ABORTION  This President has the most avid pro abortion policy of any President and dealing with the Catholic Church only drives the point home that Obama wants to impose his beliefs on other people and will use the power of government to do it.  President Obama voted for a bill back in Illinois that mandated the killing of an aborted fetus even if it was born Alive.  As such this President equals the very worst deeds of the Nazi party.  Saying he “doesn’t know when life begins’ is an insult to anyone who’s had basic biology.  Also Roe vs Wade is one of the most patently illegal rulings of the US Supreme Court and only with Citizen’s United was this court audacity equaled.
2.      GAY MARRIAGE  I just can’t abide a President who advocates Gay Marriage and has been a closet believer in gay marriage since at least 1996.  A fact he’d desperately to conceil from the Public.  At no previous time in 6000 years of World History has this bizzare entity of homosexual marriage ever existed. He is pandering to a fringe element within the Hollywood Community, but an all important one because he’s made so MANY conspicuous trips to California to raise money from them making a very bad impression to those who cant relate.
3.      HEALTH CARE  If there is a segment of the uninsured out there, and there are people among that small to start with number that WANT to be covered by some policy, the government could provide a small, voluntary policy for them to sign up with and the regulations of which would affect no one else.  However this Health Care bill is worse than nothing at all, withmany far reaching regulations that will disrupt small businesses and will function as a major job killer once the bill finally goes into effect in 2014, still two years off.
4.      EMINENT DOMAIN  This President has not expressed a respect for the sovereignty of the property owner.  There was a ballot proposition I voted for a few years back that would protect people from economic loss during government acquisition of their property.  The proposition failed.  We need to keep the private property owner from violation of this sacred principle- - from incursions of both government and corporate greedy expansion.
5.      GENETICALLY ENGINEERED FOOD  This should be made illegal, period.  The President hasn’t said word one on it.  As the law now stands there are NO consumer protections, and they are not even required to identify the food as genetically engineered.  They put all sorts of ungodly things in the gene scructure which is “violated’ un an unnatural way.  It contains bacteria and virus strands as well is natural insecticides- - - and it contaminates other crops and Monsanto comes in and sues you for “stealing their patent” for “possessing” their patented grain, even if it is entirely against your wishes.
6.      DESIGNER DRUGS  Synthetic marijuana, and “bath salts” and “spice” and other new drugs are genetically synthesized dangerous experiments and the President needs to make public this issue.  Also this government should legalize the canibus (hemp) plant because it’s a very ecological produce useful for fabrics, as well as various oils, and also legitimate medicinal value.  Drug testing for canibus is inherently unfair since it stays in your body 30 days.
7.      ECONOMIC LESSONS OF THE PAST  This President has been the best friend wall street ever had with few wall street prosecutions than George Bush.  The President has never advocated the return to the Glass-Stigle bill, which kept the banking industry from being turned into a gambling casino, and also the President has done nothing to restore any sort of Anti Trust enforcement, but it’s a dog eat dog era where the big fish swallow the smaller fish and bigger fish swallow them till what you have left is basically an industry wide monopoly.
8.      HIS NATIONAL SECURITY POLICY IS A BUSH-CHANEY CLONE  Congress should have pushed for impeachment of Bush and Chaney in 2007 when they had the power and popular support and momemtum.  Instead this President has signed off on the most repressive acts of the Bush Administration including the Patriot Act and now the preventative detention bill, as well as phone tapping legislation bypassing the FISA court.  It can be argued that this President is almost as guilty of violating citizen’s right as is his notorious predecessor.
9.      GENERAL UNSUITABILITY FOR THE OFFICE  This President has the heart of an “academic” but not a statesman or a leader.   It’s clear the United States is not ready for a Black President, because like it or not “being Black” is a severe impediment to his leadership and confidence building.  Also there is secretiveness in things such as his college transcripts and the content of various term papers he has written in college, which are roomered to be highly radical.  Also the evidence is clear that the President produced a bogus birth certificate- - which clearly has been “layered” and highly doctored and altered.
10. ENERGY POLICY  This president favors the Canadian pipeline and that non existant thing called “clean coal” and also has not spoken out against this new practice of “Fracking” which has become a major water table pollution problem, and here too we have eminent domain problems with a corporation interfering with the rights of others to clean water and unpolluted soil.    This President has exhibited a remarkable lack of knowledge about the manifold of ecological dangers called by- - - for instance the Canadian pipeline, which is known for it's "extremely dirty" oil.
11. ABANDONMENT OF THE US SPACE EXPLORATION PROGRAM  This is a program started sixty years ago under Eisenhaur and this President will go into the History books as the President who ended it, along with the deepest dreams of a lot of Americans.  For many Americans this is "a bit f---ing deal!" He never pushed congress for increased funding.  Before officially ending the space program NASA was being systematically starved to death for funds.
12. AN ESSENTIAL LACK OF CHARACTER  It is said this President only looks out for himself and will never go to bat for other people.  He three the Rev Jeremiah Wright "under the bus" seemingly disowning him having been a member of his church for some twenty years.  He should have defended wright's character.  Another "politically opportunistic" thing he did was his refusal of "matching funds" in the 2008 Presidential Election, though he advocated it for others. He won’t speak out against for instance China’s repressive communacations or their theft of US technology or most of all their enforced one child policy.  This President was amazingly silent about the genocide in Darfore in Ethiopia when Moslems were routinely committing genocide against Christian negroes. This President did not speak out on the George Zimmerman and Trevon Marton case.  And this President would not step up to the plate in Wisconsin and speak out in behalf of the labor unions and against what Scott Walker has been doing there.  He has this habbit of promising the moon to everybody but when push comes to shove- - all his lofty speeches go for naught.  That’s unacceptable

That Chicano guy suggested someone might want to know Mitt Romney’s “story” as to how he came to renounce polygamy and their prohibition against Black priests which they lifted in 1978.  I think another “story” or narrative we’d all like to know is the mechanics and ‘how did it happen” of Mitt Romney’s political conversion.  There are indications testimonies of Born Again Christians routinely leave vital aspects of their lives, which would put a whole different slant on those things if we knew them.  Mitt Romney lit into Obama by saying “The President wants more public sector employees and doesn’t care about the private sector.  He wants more police and firemen, and school teachers.  Evidently Obama didn’t learn the lesson of Wisconsin”.  In the first place the President deliberately targeted Private Industry for the bulk of the economic stimulation.  In the second place, we DO need teachers, firemen, and police officers.  Who would deny that we don’t?  And in the third place Scott Walker pulled the rug out from under Romney last Sunday saying “My crusade wasn’t targeting police and fire”.  Of course now Governor Rick Scott has the latest piece of ALEC legislation before him and this measure calls for corporations not getting any tax breaks or apparently recognition in general unless they will certify that they do NOT have any union employees.  That one goes Scott Walker one better.  Attorney General Holder is investigating this massive new voter purge drive in Florida.  But it so happens federal law forbids states from doing voter roll purges within ninety days of any state election and Florida has another primary election coming up in August.  So the tea party is temporarily stymied.  Randy Rhodes points out that Ronald Reagan actually ADDED 1.4 million people to government rolls during the 1982 recession as employees.  I didn’t know that.  It’s another useful factoid for the Reagan myth busters out there.  Contrast this with 250,000 school teachers losing their jobs in America the past year or so.  How can this be considered a good thing?  We know from the example of the European Union that these austerity measures don’t work but only make the situation worse.   Apparently Ohio is a bright spot because in a recent election there the voters voted to keep their state employee unions.  Unfortunately I think Mitt Romney has the momentum now to win the Presidency.

They had both Woodward and Bernstein on and Bernstein is actually a better presenter than Woodward.  Halderman said they should get some dynamite in there and “blow the damn safe”.  The US senate voted 77 to nothing to investigate the crime.  Certain things were too important to be “political”.  It was pointed out by both men that nowhere on the tapes anywhere is there the slightest concern for morality or altruism or what’s good for America.  It was always just doing the deed and covering their own asses.  One might be similarly shocked at the tone of some of these Republicans, particularly from within the Mitt Romney campaign now.  You get these sleazeball expressions like Obama somehow orchestrated the whole national security leak to make himself look better.  So much of what they say in terms of tabloid accusation one suspects is just a projection of what THEY would do in that circumstance.  .  Woodward and Bernstein said that Jerald Ford told them he didn’t pardon the Nixon for Nixon’s sake, but four the country’s.  The problem is it set up a really bad precident that’s worse in the long run.  Congress should have investigated the deeds of President Bush and VP Chaney while they had the power and the momentum to do so in 2007.  Not doing so was a mistakeFace the Nation had Dianne Feinstein as their final guest.

.Leo le Port says that classic CD’s such as “Gaucho” and “Roomers” and “Core” by Stone Temple Pilots are now in 5.1 sound on CD.  They cost more but what’s “different “about them?  Leo was trying out all sorts of whacky theme music today.  Apparently Apple will be announcing new “Mac Books” tomorrow that come in an 11, 13, or 15 inch screen so I take them to be regular “Notebooks”.  Today they are holding a major gay pride parade in a lot of places.  One caller wanted his Scype phone not to mix the sound with a DVD movie he was watching through his TV so that his friend’s voice didn’t come out through the TV speaker.  Leo thinks he can do that.   Android has “open” software, as you know.  But normally as with Apple you are not the “Administrator’ of your own software but have the status as a limited user.  But because Android invites all comers to add things, they are more vulnerable to every form of virus.  Leo reminds us that distracted driving is nothing new and there are still people who put on make-up or even read the newspaper while driving.  They have a device that will disable your kid’s I Phone if he’s moving more than a few miles per hour.  They have the technology to disable all I phones in movie theaters but it’s illegal in the United States for safety reasons, and that makes sense.

The LA Kings won the game tonight 6 to 1 and won the Stanley Cup Championship at Staple's center.  Congradulations!  And in the extra terriestrial news Stewart and Mal Evans met today.  Stewart agrees with me on three where he opposes Mal Evans on all three, and these are abortion, gay marriage, and genetic alterations in foods.  Mal Evans is aparently with the President on all of these issues.  I talked to Stewart Sutcliffe yesterday and Stu told me that Burt agrees with me that President Obama has got to go.  Today Stu just talked to me during the game and he said that I disagrees with my eminent domain plank because "Relation between a citizen and the government is a matter of trust.  You trust that the government will look after your interests and that if they need your property you'll gladly let you have it.  And they will trust you - - as long as you can be trusted.  So the examples you gave to me just wouldn't happen normally".  Of course I told him "The can and do happen and frankly your set-up seems a little one-sided to me".  Yesterday Stewart almost sounded sympathetic to Ted Nugent saying 'You don't know but what his life MIGHT be in danger if Obama wins, because you and I don't know what sort of secrets he has up his sleeves.  You know how he's a secretive kind of guy"."  This photo might be called the Romulan version of the "Stanley Cup" or something.  I tagged this photo "whatchamacallit".

I had a theory about Romulan cloaking devices and how they work and the Romulans didn't respond to me, and the Federation said "There is no idea you could get your idea to work.  We've tried everything".  My idea was based on the notion of "fooling the molicules into thinking they were really shorter waves than they were" on the general principle of the microwave oven causing molicules to ocelate.  If you could fool lower frequency waves into "behaving the same way" then they might ocelate faster than light in a manner that would NOT generate dangerous radiation because it would be longer wave and yet the molicules would respond to the stimulation as though it were shorter waves.  This "deception" principle is one used a lot in gene splicing.  This principle obviously has nothing to do with concave space.

Dubious Pep-Talk Number Two

The LA Kings failed to wrap it up tonight in New Jersey and the Devils won the game 2 to 1 in a game where the scoring seemed to freeze at 2 to 1 after a certain point.  The Devils scored first and then the Kings tied it up and then the Devils went ahead for what proved to be for good.  And with this the imaculate ten and 0 road record of the Kings is violated.  I think a lot of Kings fans would much have preferred to win on a Saturday night with maximum viewers.  But sometimes you have to reframe things your way.  For instance the Kings still have at LEAST a three out of four chance of taking it all, and probably on Monday before a home crowd.  For what it's worth the Kings did their damndest and were very aggressive.  We need to reframe a lot of things now and then to make our side look not so bad.  Obviously we are still ahead three games to two.  In terms of other contests like the Wisconsin thing one could frame it as the Republicans blowing a lot of their millions on a petty contest where they actually lost control of the Wisconsin senate to a democrat and now no longer have all that money to spend on the fall campaign whereas President Obama and the Democrats still have their money.  Some have argued that British Royalty actually has more power than we think because nobody can serve as Prime Minister unless personally officially selected by the Queen.  Neither is the Queen bound by any legeslation that parliament issues.  I didn't know that.  Apparently Britain can't go to War unless the Queen personally passes on the notion.  In terms of my Prophecy Book I could go one of two ways.  The best way in retrospect to go in terms of salvage would be to edit the thing down a little and add a chapter each on homosexuality and abortion, and market the book as a "Restore the Spirit of America" book.  But back to the Hockey game for instance.  Who is the greater hero for instance?  One who bets the farm on this game as a 'must win" for a whole host of legitimate reasons, or one with doubts who holds back and bets only a little?  Is the one who bets little "Smart" or just a plain old Coward?  Sometimes when you lose you win and when you win you lose.  President Obama did not "go to the mat" in Wisconsin and Pat Buchannon says President Obama won't go to the mat for anybody or any issue, except perhaps gay marriage, where BIG MONEY is dangled in front of him.  But in my eyes I'd have had a whole lot more Respect for this President if he had "bet the farm" on Wisconsin and lost.  In terms of "nailing down that win" for Kings fans, it's something that you'll "feel a whole lot better AFTER it's accomplished".  People never ask a winner WHY he won.  The problem with President Obama is that there are SO MANY issues he has SOLD OUT on, that there is no honor for him whether he wins or loses because he already "lost the battle in his mind" before the conflict ever began.  If you try and give it your all- - but in the end are just overcome- - - This is still an honorable Thing.

The point Chris Matthews appeared to be making on his show last night is that President Obama seems hell bent on blowing this race because at heart he isn’t a political fighter and has never felt comfortable holding the reins of power but at heart he’s an “academic”.  My advice then would be to get out of the race as someone who doesn’t really care if he wins or not, and turn the race over to someone who Can, who has the stomach to do what it takes to win.  We now learn that Presieent Bush was the President who ordered the Suxnex virus attack on Iran's computer system controling its nuclear reactors.  It wasn't Israel.  You will note that Israel was not even attacked during our fictional war with Iran.  They were only after America.  So we don't have "clean hands" as far as the nation of Iran is concerned.  Making this fact public may now put American security at risk. Eric Holder is hiring a special prosecutor to investigate and track down this key leak. That's a very good idea. After all Dick Chaney may get away with "outing" CIA agents, but we expect more from Our Side.  This President has a lot of accomplishments.  Ron Reagan pointed out that his father would hype a bill before AND after it was voted on with some sort of “narrative” or story as to why this particular bill is needed and also its benefits.  President Obama rescued the US Auto Industry and now they are number one.  He passed the equal pay for equal work bill, and he did get metical care passed, which some polls indicate the American people actually want, and have already benefited from.  Also need I remind you that while Republicans bash the economic stimulus bill many experts said that the stimulus needed to be bigger to “really get the job done”.  I’ve sure heard that but the President has never SAID it.  Also some one third of this so called “stimulus bill” was in fact “tax cuts” of the sort Republicans have been urging him to pass and have been saying for four years never occurred.  The key to success seems either to be repeat the Truth over and over till it registers, but repeating a LIE over and over has also proved successful.  To my thinking the President should adopt the “Don’t whine, or I’ll give you something to really cry about”.  Since these Republicans blame him for everything and suspect him of everything, perhaps it wouldn’t hurt this President to adopt the adage “If you are going to Fail, then at LEAST fail as something respectable”.  The President therefore should “go Big” and reinstate his Jobs program of last September- - all of it.  Because if Matthews points out- - no matter how he backs off and compromises and “down sizes” the Republicans won’t accept ANYTHING, even when it would seemingly be to their advantage to do so.  Why not be able to say to the voters “We worked with this President to get such and such measure passed”.  No, no.  He reminds me of that Stevie Winwood song that was around thirty years ago that has the line ‘- - and when even You don’t quite believe You”.  If you don’t believe in Yourself how can you get anybody Else to believe in you?”  Ask this President.  As bad is Romney is in so many areas- - he’s confident.  And the fact is that Mitt Romney will indeed be our next President, is Barock Obama lets him Win.

Mitt Romney continues to win the Media Wars.  KNBC news is on now and they are still doing the whole echo chamber thing with six short words the President spoke earlier.  These are “The private sector is doing fine”.  What Romney and the read of these brain dead republicans miss is that John Mc Cain was shown to be the fool because of what happened a few weeks AFTER he made this statement- - and like I say Mc Cain never apologized for making the statement- and all of those republicans still voted for him.  I think the President’s 2008 victory was only 54% to 46% or something.  It was not a landslide by any stretch of the imagination, so a lot of people STILL trusted Mc Cain.  It’s a little like that Planet of the Apes movie where Zerah or whatever said “I learned this about the patient when I dissect- - - - examined - - “ so the Feds put the word “dissect” on some tape loop saying “What is it you were saying, Zerah”?  Now the Cola industry is apologizing for selling their product because it taste good and gives you a needed refreshing lift on a hot day.  Is that a crime.  Is targeting new demographic groups by advertisers a crime?  Really??? Give me a  freaking break!

Union Rags won the Belmont Stakes not by a nose but by inches.  Peewee Herman’s erection spans more distance than separated these horses.  I told Bill if I were betting I’d be placing my bets on Painter.  This is because Union Rags and Denahan were five to two favorites and my motto is betting favorites in horse races is always a fool’s mission.  For the first time in perhaps decades I was proven wrong this time.  However with “I’ll Have Another’s” being scratched from the number eleven slot in the race, the odds would have been different.  Union Rags was back in the pack most of the race while Painter was out in front much of the race and made the mistake of opening up an inside track, which I don’t think he had to do.  “Union” had a new jockey for this race.  There are twelve horses in recent decades that won the Derby and the Preakness but lost in the Belmont, and a perhaps not surprising number of these were due to injuries.  I routed for “Real Quiet’ one year who lost by a nose in the Belmont.  “Atagun” cane in third and Street Fighter (?) came in fourth.  FH contacted me before the race and informed me that he and a lot of his Romulan friends were routing for Delehan, who fell down badly in this race.  Delehan had the liability of never having won on a dirt track whereas “Union” screwed up in two prior races, which raised a red flag with me.  I turned on the TV in time for the previous race on the grass course.  In that race it was Hudson Steel as the favorite and out in front a lot coming in third or something, “Papa Bodi” came in second, and Desert Blonk or something winning that race.  The official Belmont Stakes wasn’t run till about twenty to four.

We had a chicken casserole with a tomato base for dinner, and I didn’t have seconds, if they offered them.  There was a dinner roll that tasted like Ellie Mae’s cooking.  I mean talk about Al-dente, this thing was like a rock it was so hard and crisp.  Right now I am running the grounds through again straining the last drops of coffee out of these beans.  The odds of the Devils winning the Stanley Cup have not fallen to eight to one.  But they are not 75 to 1 as I heard that the Las Vegas betting was going.  And that’s if you don’t count either the home ice or the “desperation factor”, which can sometimes work for a team in terms of crowd support and sometimes work against you because the team just "falls apart" from the pressure.  We of course are rooting for the Kings to win tonight because Saturday Night is a good evening for it, and it will boost NBC's ratings.

In the news we have Romney and the tea baggers jumping all over the statement made by the President that the private sector is doing well.  According to the republican response the private sector continues to be “worried” about taxes that haven’t gone into effect yet.  We’ve been hearing this excuse for years and it’s wearing a little thin.  There is always this phantom, mystery tax in the future.  But in point of fact the recovery with the private sector is coming along quite well; it’s the public sector that’s the big problem and I’m not telling you anything you don’t know.  But they are comparing yesterday’s statement to John Mc Cain’s statement in September of 2008 that “The fundamentals of the economy are sound” in this continual “false equivalency” thing the right has been doing lately.  First of all if they are saying that John Mc Cain’s statement is way wrong- - which it certainly was- - tell me this.  How come all of you people still voted for him knowing what you did going in?  Of course one thing that will work against Romney, ironically is this thing about “Lowered expectations”.  Some might call it “evolving to a new sense of Normal”.  It was Jerry Brown who first used this “Lowered expectations” phrase, and none of us liked hearing it.  I sure didn’t.  Two days ago when I spoke of “lowered expectations” I was referring to a whole host of things including the “Promises of God” himself.  You see even God is telling us now we need to lower our sites. I guess God was high on communion wine when he dictated these sweeping Bible promises to the scripture writers and now desires not to be held accountable for his words.  And to use the “responsibility” argument on God- - Dr. Phil or anybody would say that if someone makes statements in your name and you well know about, and have the power to stop them from saying it, and you do absolutely nothing - - - then it’s none other than You who in the end accountable for the falsehood of the statement.  But I’d like to raise another issue now and this is the whole “straining at gnats” thing the tea party has routinely done with this President.  At least President Clinton actually WAS a “lying, pot smoking, draft dodging, womanizer”.  I didn’t dispute these things.  But I’m kind of wondering just what the “Driving force” or some might say “obsession” to find some Fault they can pin on this President.  To me it all goes back to race in the fact that the President is a Black man.  Judy sent me stuff about Rush Limbaugh discussing the adverse votes for the President in Kentucky, Arkansas, and West Virginia.  And Rush said “It would be wrong to say these anti Obama votes among Democrats are racist”.  Sure as that memory lady on Stephanie Miller sais “Sometimes we can remember things and see them as some historical oddity or anomally- - but definitely as just a part of our past and not a part of our present”.  I would like to now remind you of an insightful thing I heard from some evangelist maybe twenty years ago.  He said “We should classify a problem by time and how long it will take to be solved.  Is it a thirty minute problem or a five or six hour problem - - or a five or six day problem - - or is it a longer period, for instance a month - - or a year- - - of perhaps a lifetime?”  Fir instance when the LA Kings lost Wednesday’s ice hockey game, I knew we had at LEAST a three day “problem” and the odds are very good that it will turn into a five or six day “problem” before it gets “solved”.  Capish?  Many problems I have with my family are indeed lifetime problems.  If you’d asked me fifteen years ago whether racism in the South was “A thing of the Past” I would have said it was.  That it was long dead and buried.  But in the light of Travon Martin and other hate crimes recently- - - I would be proven wrong.  When you strain your brain trying to some up with some germ of rationalization for why the tea party behaves the way they two tword President Obama, in the end you’re left with what Mr. Spock says “Once you’ve eliminated every other possibilities, then whatever remains, no matter how improbable - - is The Truth”.  So it is with Racism, which clearly is not some anomally from my child hood fifty years ago but on ongoing, revived reality of today.  As to that Story I wrote about a nuclear war- - - in case the message didn’t quite get through Stewart Sutcliffe believes that Mitt Romney is attackable on the whole “going to War” issue, and that he will do almost anything- - nor to respond to danger, but to actually START a World War.  “Like Judas of old - - you lie and deceive.  A World War can be won - - You want me to Believe”.  This is from “Masters of War” by Bob Dylan.

While we're on the subject mf memory let's just review a few obvious facts about the timing of various political events.  Jimmy Carter was NOT responsible for the Reagan recession that actually began in ernest in July 1981 which is "indellibly etched into my memory" because I read Business Week in the public library so much back then.  Bill Clinton might possibly owe his eventual surplusses to the fact that George HW Bush "threw himself on a live political granade" by raising taxes in late 1990 that lost him the Tea Party vote but might have helped save the economy and certainly helped with the soaring budget deficets.  Also people used to always say that 9 - 11 was the Start of the George Bush recession.  This one can't be blamed in any way on Clinton.  But Bill Clinton can be held partially responsible for giving the Wall Street manipulators and crap shoot crowd a leg up in signing a host of bills late in his second presidential term.  However may I also remind you that George Bush by this time in 2004 had NOT created as many jobs from the "trough" of the 9 -11 recession, whenever you say it was in late 2001 or whenever - - -  as this President has in the past three years since the bottom of THIS recession in June of 2009.  This President has done well by the private sector and they really owe him a Lot.

Betrayers of America

People think of Benedict Arnold being the worst traitor to America of all time.  But actually Benedict Arnold on three different occasions, so I learn today, was a hero in American Revolutionary War battles putting himself thrice in danger of life and limb.  However people agree he had "personality problems" and he came to distrust George Washington for passing him over to promotion to general or something, when at the time Washington had a lot of his own pressing problems and had no time for him.  But in January of 2009 a "Kabal" of Republican congressmen met to play how they might sabotage the carrier of President Elect Obama. These included all the normal suspects, the orange man with the upper lip that never moves, John Boehner, Paul Ryan, Jim De Mint,  that Cantor fellow and a number of others- seven or eight of them.  Nancy Pelosi's house passed the tax measure that would have stopped American corporations from relocating over seas.  Because now the cost of dissolving the factories over here and building new factories off shore is a tax write off and the rest of the tax payers subsedize it.  And this bill would not only prevent that but offer these same corporations, who had looted America once, a chance to get yet another tax break for moving their corporations BACK to US soil.  But the Republican senate blocked this bill from passage.  President Obama was stymied in this first congressional term, where democrats ruled both houses because the forty percent majority who represent perhaps ten percent of the US population blocked this and other vital measures from passing.

The North American Free Trade Agreement or NAFTA is another obvious betrayal.  Contrary to what Thom Hartman said on his show today- - "historically" and for perhaps a hundred years the Republican party to a man believed in industrial terrifs.  In fact many blamed these terrifs for contributing to causes of the Great Depression.  And it wasn't till the late forties that people stopped referring to it as "The Republican Depression" and gave it it's present designation.  But the democratic party has had ample betrayers in this regard and the chiefest of these is Al Gore who had ongoing debates on radio and on TV during 1992 with Perot arguing against NAFTA and Al Gore arguing passionately for it.  And then Bill Clinton who was neutral during the campaign, came out for the NAFTA treaty in 993 and signed the thing and the destiny of our economic woes was set.  And that's how these things happen.  And now the tea baggers are the biggest cheer leaders for NAFTA because they have the most to gain from it driving up corporate profits and driving down American wages to the level of third world nations.  It used to be people sold you "save up and you'll have a nest egg for your old age" but that doesn't happen today and I imagine if you're a young person you have trouble conceiving of such a thing, because there are so many hard luck cases in the News of people living day to day.

.  People wonder if there is any down side to our "no tollerence" drug laws.  They can detect Canibus in your system as much as a month after and they can detect it in your hair.  Is it any wonder people have little incentive to "go off the drug" for a while.  Because even if you so off for a week, they'll still get you in the no tollerence drug tests. So if Adam Smith must be satisfied then nature dictates that "market forces" will come into play.  People will look for a drug that cannot be tested.  And hopefully a drug whose molicules are constantly changing so that you CAN"T ever come up with a difinitive test for it.  Randy Rhodes played this song about becoming a zombie saying, “All we want to do is eat your flesh, but we don’t want to eat your eyes”.  There is this drug referred to as “bath salts’ and there is another drug called spice.  This is a chemically synthetic drug that cannot be traced so people in the police and in the military love it.  It makes you really whacked out.  But worse you don’t “come down” in a few hours but it stays in your system for days often giving you one continuing “bad trip” or whatever.  These kinds of drugs are all the rage among young people but us old folks have never heard of them before a few months ago.  Obviously if the Obama administration wants to get on the stick it will start regulating them and scrutinizing them heavily.  Apparently the one drug is actually sold as “bath salts’ but there is a warning on the package that says ‘Not for human consumption” and apparently this lets them off the hook with the Food and Drug Administration.  Obviously drugs of any nature are inherently bad most of the time.  Today’s generation may seem like a level headed stable bunch, but apparently are anything but that.

Race horse 'I'll Have Another" winner of the Kentucky Derby and Preakness- - has now been sidelined with a carrier ending ltendin eg injury.  So "I'll Have Another" will not be having another.  Just one day away- - the horse was not only pulled out out of the Belmont states due to a swollen, infected tendin.  This was a big let down and fans will not have their favorite to rout for, so attendance for the Belmont will be down because of it, I'm sure.  It's a sad day.  It seems just a little strange that we have not had a tripple crown winner since 1978.  I doubt there has been another period in racing history where there has been such a dry spell with no Tripple Crown winner.  It's been 34 years.

Monsanto is a betrayer of America for their buying out of all these small seed companies.  You know when Capitalism there are a lot of permiutations and varieties of businesses.  But when too many big fish eat too many little fish- and they intern are eaten by bigger fish- - the situation becomes very unhealthy.  So it is with our grain and produce seeds.  There used to be hundreds if not thousands of varieties of seeds from apples to rice, to lettuce.  They estamate that 97% of the varieties of produce produced at the beginning of the twentieth century are extinct now.  Think about that.  It started when they discovered nitrogen could be used in making bombs and explosives before world war I, and that they could use it for furtelizer, too.  Then DDT came along in the forties and the green revolution came in the fifties when vast tracts of land were devoted to just one variety of crop produce.  One might call it "evolution of the fittest" or perhaps "just helping nature along a little".  But it became apparent that they had to use pesticide more frequently now and there were famines of foods wiped out by some fungus or whatever that many varieties of produce would have prevented the rapid spread of, but with just one variety this was much more difficult.  The US Patent office from the git go has always been opposed to patenting "Life".  But they relented a little with genetic engineering saying "You can patent the Idea but not the plant".  Then in 1978 they had a court case that said you could patent a sludge eating microbe.  And then Monsanto came out with Round-Up the universal pestacide that killed everything that wasn't certain kinds of specified grass.  It was wonderful because you could spray it on everything.  You could do routine spraying of plants and not wait till they "need it" kind of like circumcision or something.  And yes Kellog is culpible.  Over seventy percent of Kellog and other processed grain products are genetically engineered.  One farmer in Canada was prosecuted in Monsanto because some of "their seed" was discovered in his yard and they think he violated their patent.  The thing is you spray a product like Round-up on everything and it's supposed to all Die unless the grain is genetically engineered to resist the spray by Monsanto. And then it only gets worse because you have  non reusable seeds good for only the one year and you have to come crawling to Monsanto for more.  That's a sure fire guarentee of mass starvation.  Then you have other crops with the pestafide built into the very genetics of the crop itself.  And then you have the problem with the bees and importing them but then Europe doesn't want the bees back because they are now tainted with genetically engineered product.  Bees abandon the hive due massive malntrition, and the pollen is tainted and jeopardizes other non engineered stuff.  Contrary to what the media tells you, they never solved this problem but it only got so bad it was too grim to talk about.  They import bees and they die too and now it's anybody's guess the whole future of the bee industry.

Finally we have my own parents as betrayers for their part, particularly my Mom on getting me on social security.  I wanted to talk to my local church pastor about it to get his take and whether it was ethical as a Christian to be on SSI and what the Bible say about it.  Unfortunately me and this pastor were on pretty poor terms as of then, and they only got worse so that meeting never happened. In mid summer 1998 I told my parents when I was visiting them I'd have fared much better if I had just gotten help from them in any tough times.  My money situation was pretty good in 1998.  Back in the nineties a was frequently audited.  This auditing occurs much more rarely now because they know that I'm broke and I'm not going any where.  But there was a time earlier on when I was working - - perhaps not full time - - and pulling down a pay check - - and hiding the money from the snoopy eyes of the auditors became a problem.  Now today everybody is like me with their savings wiped out.  In my case it was because of a decision crammed my throat (among so many) I didn't have a real choice about, or didn't think that I did.  Judy claims to be a tea bagger but they would never in a million years adopt the "party line' my family has adopted about my being on S S I.  It is indeed a betrayal, and a blatent hypocracy, among so many blatent hypocracies of my family.

Following Marcus Around for a Day

This is Friday morning June 8, 2012, and I slept fairly well last night.  I woke at first light at 5:08 and got up at 5:22 on the digital clock and turned on Bill Press and made coffee.  Stephanie Miller was on at six and she was mocking some crank letter she received where she mocked the use of the term “dumocrats” when the person probably wanted to say “dumb-o-crats”.  He also spoke of rubbing “slat” into the wounds rather than salt” so the guy is a dyslexic among his other problems.  He was talking about Wisconsin.  Nobody respects an illiterate crank.  I just changed the wallpaper from “Central Park” to “Tea cups” to liven things up.  And (brother) Al is right.  I’m pretty sure this photograph has been doctored but I didn’t do it.  We had breakfast and for the millionth time it was a case of “hurry up and wait”.  The waiting to eating ratio these days has got to be around three to one or something.  John Powell says ‘patience is the name of the game”.  I disagreed and said ‘No, patients is the name of the game.  Being impatient isn’t going to change one bit about how much food we finally get served to eat”.  We had Cheerios and had to wait for the milk.  My bowl wasn’t filled as fully as the other three and I was done way ahead of the other three.   All the gains made with weight can be wiped out by a continuing pattern which basically hasn’t changed.  It seems the seconds cart has started on the other side of the room and we are dead last, if at all, like for the fifth time in a row, at least when it really mattered.  Some say that eating slowly is the way to go.  I disagree.  Picture this example.  Suppose you have a limited amount of energy you can use on hot water and it’s a cold morning and you want to shower.  Would you rather take a three minute shower where the water is a hundred degrees the whole time, or a fifteen minute shower where the water is maybe 79 degrees the whole time and you never get warm?  Simple, huh?  At least while you are actually eating, you know that you are not hungry.  Then we had a fried egg and one of those Mc Donald’s things of hashed browns.  Not the most filling meal in the world.  No toast.  No complains about the coffee size- today.  Yesterday I finally changed the Calendar page to June.
Dr. Levy said that the time gone and not here would “pass quickly”.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  He probably won’t make it back here till July 5th so it’s a four week vacation for us and not a two week & some off day trip.  June has a reputation of a month of “unpleasant, funny surprises”.  That dentist check bill appeared out of nowhere and was too old for the bank to even accept it.  That occurred in June.  So is it any wonder that I fear some blood test I thought was lost may just “turn up” unexpectedly with bad results.  That Mark guy reappeared here last night after maybe six weeks unexplained absence.  I thought he was “gone”.  I owe him a pack of cigarettes and hope he’s forgotten.  Of course we have to make sure the Kings actually win the Stanley Cup because that isn’t a fate accomple yet, and it may go on to a game six back at Staples next week.  Hopefully Charlie Sheen won’t throw a fit like he did last night when some lady wouldn’t let him back into the game after a smoking break.  Now we hear they have smoking areas set  aside inside the arena for all the smoker addicts making it through a multy hour game.  Of course then there are the whole basketball play-offs.  Believe it or not these have not occurred yet.  Then there are the bunch of Supreme Court decisions they wait for June to tell us about, which I find puzzling but that’s the way they do it.  We learn whether Obama Care is legal.  And the Soap Opera has been proceding at a fast and furious pace in the plot.  And if Dr. Levy returns July 5th we will have celebrated July fourth.  So to say the next four weeks will “pass before you know it” is nothing short of silly.  I’d like to know I can make it till next Tuesday on my money.  It seems I have enough money for three whole packs of cigarettes.  I had fifty cents from Richard I’d forgotten about and ditto for Bill.  And another dollar just “showed up” in my pocket.  But on the negative side I think I’ll be out of coffee by then.  Yesterday afternoon Wally only gave me five filters.  Elizabeth wanted to borrow money from me for a soda but first I said “let he see the filters first”.  I was so disheartened at the number I only gave Her a quarter.  We did not type yesterday - - - at least in Word.
We are already on page six and we’ll probably go till page eight or so because there is just a lot of ground to cover.  Ok, let’s see.  Yesterday I turned on KPOJ and you know Ed Schultz was a rerun I was so disgusted I wasn’t even going to listen to but then relented and had him on and he said some constructive stuff for that hour.  We had Pastrami sandwiches for lunch, which were under filled by some standards, but Oscar came by with seconds, which we rarely get on pastrami.  I guess we had beets.  The soup was generic red vegetable and a little on the salty side.   We had a mixture or orange and banana slices or something for desert.  I kind of slept through the hour of Randy Rhodes.  The soap opera topic was that Will Horton is the subject that was arrested for the murder of Stephano because he alone failed the fun firing test.  All of the others were cleared.  Now Carrie is talking about “Perhaps in some other lifetime we can be together- - well, until then”, to Raphael.  I went down for coffee from Dora and got two cups and greeted the birds.  By now it was 2:20 and I went to the front room to wait for Dr. Levy to arrive with Arleen and others on the couch.  But it was 2:35 and I went back up to my room to listen to Randy Rhodes realizing I wasn’t going to get any money bail-out.
But then at a quarter to three Dr. Levy showed up.  There are a lot of developments you flat out just can’t predict.  Anyhow Dr. Levy was surprised I preferred the high back wooden chair with a cushion to those wicker chair torture devices.  No chair deigned is more uncomfortable to sit on from the bar jabbing your back to the metal bar cutting off your circulation to legs, to the “unforgiving, rigid quality” of the wicker itself.  We were supposed to be discussing the thirteen principles on that list but we never got to that.  I spoke of “lowering our expectations when we get older” but I was not speaking of expectation from YOURSELF but from your environment and rattled off the usual laundry list that constitutes “the elephant in the room” which Dr. Levy seems to be going to extremes into ignoring even exist.  There was talk about going to that picnic spot in Seal Beach come July “where I go with founders group all the time”.  Since I’ve been coming, some three years, group outings such as this have been virtually non existant.  We talked more about his Italy trip.  But in general the classes don’t have any continuity to them or organizational rhythm.  We broke up at a quarter to four and I had a cigarette on the patio- - and decided to head down to the dining room a little early.
We had ravioli for dinner with green beans and “bread” but we did have rainbow sherbet for desert, which was nice .  News all of yesterday was non existant and continues to be today.  I had it on for a while but turned it off at twenty after five and decided to play the Rush album “Grace Under Pressure”.  As planned I played all of the songs except tracks five and six.  The entire CD clocks out at just under forty minutes, so it’s an “old school” record.  Bill returned as I was only just into listening to it.  Usually when he returns the same day it’s just after dinner, or often he’s here waiting when I return.  I asked him how his Long Beach trip was.  It was the usual brief “OK” response.
