Calling a Spade a Spade
When it comes to Proposition 98 verses 99, I'm inclined to go with 98 if it offers the protection from eminent domain that retired people who own their own homes need, and proposition 99 does not. This rent control thing is a red hering. Who besides the "People's Republic of Santa Monica" even HAS rent control? This law won't affect subsedized housing or any other benificiary law. The thing is if you watch all these court cases with Joe Brown or Craig Mathass, landlords NEED a little more protection from too many tennents who end up trashing the place. Laws on the books now are biased in favor of tennants to an almost absurd degree. Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to restore a little ballance. The question is how much power you should allow the long hand of givernment in confiscating property that you rightfully own?
There is a long history in this country of a President having people who are able and whom he respects but disagrees with in his circle of friends and in his adminestration. Of course we know Thomas Jefferson was John Adams' vice president. Abraham Lincoln had his political opponets in his cabinent such as Stanton, Chase, and Seward. He wanted the best people even if he disagreed with them. Kennedy had a republican as secretary of defense. Of course Ronald Reagan had Jim Webb as secretary of the Nazy or whatever. For a while Bush had Collin Powell. But Bush like Nixon before him gradually weeded out people with whom he disagreed and had only "psychophants" left. I believe that's the correct term. Lyndon Johnson once said "I'd rather have my enemies in the tent pissing out than them being outside the tent pissing in". Well, now Bush has a guy "pissing in", and that's his problem to deal with. This whole idea of why didn't McLellon raise some objections before now can be answered in my own life. With either Christianity or problems with my own family it you even HINT you're going to say something they don't want to hear, they'll engage in all manner of ingenious ways of shutting you down. This course was just not an option. What George Bush is gambeling on is that the media will come to his defense the way it always has before. I forsee some really bigged debates between Obama and Mc Cain if those are our choices. You may well end up having what we've already had is the so called "moderator" ganging up on the guy they don't like along with the opponet in the debate.
I would like to address this religion thing once more. Some have said that if you "Dont Believe" it means you have some sort of "issues" or "emotional problems". Let's explore this. Have you ever listened in a children's sermon often delivered in church with all the kiddies gathered around? These can often be embarrassing because as Art Linkletter said "Kids say the darndest things". They ask simple, obvious, but embarrassing questions. Christians don't REALLY want people th be "child like" because at times children can be as they say, brutal in their candor. You know the story of the Emperor's new clothes. Some of you may think my bit about some desciple of Jesus being crusified on November 24th. AD 29 is a silly notion. By the way I see no reason why the number of crosses should be limited to three. I mean the hill of Golgatha might have been a really busy place after crushing an insurrection. First of all you have to ask whether there really WAS an ecclipse. YES. This is not speculation but astronomic and Newtonian fact. Some History writers have talked about this "darkness" and the earthquakes that destroyed many buildings. Some of the questions you might "innocently" ask are "Well, why did Jesus or whoever arrive in Jerusalem six days early. Was it to celebrate "HOLY WEEK". A big negatori on that one. Here's one. Scripture says "It was not the season for figs". Was it? From research I've done there is a spring crop and a late summer crop. According to one of Gene Scott's sermons it WAS the season for figs. Then you could ask "If Jesus were picking out a fig tree for an example of a nation past its prime, is he going to pick a tree BEFORE the season or AFTER the season? Other questions might be- "What did people say about the earthquakes? Were any graves opened? Did dead people really rise? How come if it was Passover as the first three Gospells say that Jesus was crusified on a "High Holy day" when it also says Pilate had agreed not to have bodies on crosses during high holy days? If it was passover, did they have lamb? Did Jesus if he didn't just "disappear" or "escape" as the passage I quote claims- - did he go right back to the pharicees after he arose from the dead and gon "Nya- - Nya". If it was passover - - how come all the priests were so busy making money deals with informents though this violates sabbath laws? If you're a kid and want to know if you really go to heaven when you die since Christians say ad nausium "This life doesn't matter but it's only the Next One that matters" - kids might ask "Does the Bible say everybody that accepts Jesus goes right to heaven when they die?" NO! There is not one case except perhaps Stephen and that was just a dying man's vision. If there was no "armed struggle" why did Jesus bring up taking up swords at the last supper? Why did Jesus say "You should sell your coat and buy one". Were there two Jesuses? One a healer philosopher and the other a zealot? I'd like to know Thom Hartman's religious beliefs. He's so down on the beliefs of others, why doesn't he share his own beliefs? Why is it so many people, like in Gene Scott's church tell you "Don't ask us that question; just wait for Gene's next utterance on the subject". Can't these people think for themselves? Tell me. Am I the only person who can do that?
As a sign about my dire forcasts about Obama coming to pass, I predict that next week there will be a sharp, unexpected and very violent conflict somewhere in the world next week- - that will flood the newspaper headlines.

Is George Bush Guilty of War Crimes?

This photograph is a little bit of "circ de sulee". Scott Mc Lellon is out with a new book called "What Happened?" and says that the President ought to be prosecuted for Murder once he leaves office. There has been hints of this from others, including alledgedly Jimmy Carter, who advises President Bush not to leave the country once he leaves office, lest some foreign government pull a "Pinochet" on him and start prosecuting Bush for various crimes. Apparently the President had just received a CIA report that explicitly stated that Saddam Hussein was no threat to world peace. We've heard claims like this before. We've heard how the President expressly lied to the American people right after getting some intelligence report denying a threat by Iraq or Hussein. This time someone ordered that all references of express "getting Hussein off the hook" be excised from any report ever publicly released. Apparently Bush is a sociopath like O J Simpson. We you will remember they say O J Simpson was relaxed and smiling just before and just after he committed murders because "the murders gave O J a release from all the psychological pressure he was under". Vincent Bugliosi has stated that the President sleeps well at night and has no conscience about all the killing that has taken place. Bugliosi thinks the President ought to be prosecuted for the murders of our four thousand US troops plus the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Iraquis. The President was apparently ask whether the war was volitional and optional, or whether the coming War was one of dire necessity, and the President expressed puzzlement about the question and was unable to answer it. We know that before President Bush ever ran for office in 1979 he expressly said he was going to "not waste the political capital" but pursue the fight against Hussein. We know that the President expressly said in the campaign that he was against the exact type of wars he was waging, one of occupation and micro-managing a nation. To me I don't really know. Mc Lellon's book appears to be a "smoking gun", but we have so many smoking guns. We know that the UN inspectors were not allowed to do their job but the media gave the impression that Saddam was preventing them from doing their job. But in fact they WERE doing their job and had NOT found any weapons of mass destruction. This is all old information. But I guess it's time we acted on it. Now we hear that the President talked with some British diplomat in early 2003 about painting up a plane to look like a UN plane and flying it over Iraqi space, hoping that Hussein will fire on it, and this will provide the needed excuse for war.
We know how certain people are addicted to war. All these Christians who talk about the Rapture and a nucliar confrontation in Armageddon in Isrial, are closet war freaks, especially the ones who talk about the Rapture and how THEY won't even be in danger themselves because they are having "Dinner and a tournament" at the Supper of the Lamb. In my previous couple of postings I accuse the Christians of lying. I think this whole business of Jesus and Governor Pontious Pilate is sheer faborication. As you know the chief dialog is Jesus waying his kingdom is not of this world and has no designs that way. And that Pilate desperately wants to let him go a free man but the chief priests and the howeling mob are forcing Pilate's hand in the matter, but instead compelling Pilate to free a man who committed murder in a riot. We've heard as of late about the "seven level computer wipe" by our government. Churchmen have tried very hard to wipe out all record of the Truth. Their promogration of this basic lie against the Jews is something they have been desperate to achieve. How can Dennis Prager defend a religion that is at its core built on a lie? Is there any link to people will defend Bush's war policies and those who defend the voracity of the church? This is a major question, as I see it.

The Mad Prophet of the Internet Media
Well you know about how they were going to have that fund raising convention for Mc Cain to be held at the Phoenix Convention Center. But they couldn't sell out the place and Mc Cain didn't want the media showing all those unsold seats on camera. Also it was mockingly stated that there would be more protestors outside in 110 degree heat than there would be on the inside in air conditioned confort. Also the whole idea of Mc Cain being seen with President Bush makes some uncomfortable. Well, I think Mc Cain has pretty much made his bed where Bush and the fabled Third Term is concerned, so now he can just lie in it. We will have a clear choice if it's Mc Cain and Obama. If Hillary is the candidate, it's a question of how far to the right she wants to go to pander to various voters. It's a little bit believable that Hillary has her own set of astrologers working on her probabilities of getting the better of Obama. Part of my own prediction has as a precurser sign of Hillary doing unexpectedly well in Puerto Rico to the extent she gets a lot of magazine write ups and her picture is on Time and Newsweek as "coming back from the dead".
You know there are times when I’d like to make a “fresh start” with my Christian faith but there seem to be just too many flies in the butter milk. For instrance many speak of Christianity as containing Puritan values and yet in one way and that is appealing to the “hard work” ethic, Calvary Christians fall short. C. S. Lewis declares that the least popular virtue in Christianity is chastity. I can think of others. I remember that line from Charriots of Fire where Abrams said “You expect us to accomplish our great feats with the effortlessness of Gods”. This is how Chuck Smith portrays the norm for Calvary Christians. Another “unpopular” virtue is humility. Another unpopular virtue is pacifism. A Christian pastor would rather have burning bamboo stuck in their finger nails than have to give up their preaching about the glories of War, particularly about the End Times. On the contrary “Chastity” is a very popular virtue. They use “lack of chastity” to weed out people from their church they never liked to begin with. But today I heard the ultimate in moral hypocricy. I always thought the Puritans held themselves to certain moral Christian standards. But there is a war the Puritans of 1634 waged on the Piquat tribe (?) where they raided a settlement apparently in the dead of night and set the tents ablaze and when the citizens came out to escape the flames they were shot one by one until they were all dead. The effect was close to genocidal. Austensively they did it to please another tribe whom the Piquat were at war with. But when this other tribe heard how the Piquat were just mowed down they broke off all diplomatic relations with the Puritans. It’s really the greatest of insults to say that Thanksgiving was about giving thanks to the Indians. They gave thanks to their God, their blood and war God.
You know what Bob Cummings in “Dial M For Murder” and Edward G Robinson of “Double Indemnity” have in common don’t you? They both “almost” solved a murder mystery but both lacked some key ingredient. To me the whole Life of Jesus thing is a great mystery. We all want to know what happened and every so often I uncover another “key ingredient” and update my recipe. We know the first spread both the Gospel and Gnosticism were fromSunday, May 25, 2008
Waging Spiritual Warfare

Hillary Clinton and Berock Obama are in an epic struggle for the Presidency of the United States. As you know astrological indicators strongly augur for something "untward" to happen to Obama to derail his campaign and that event will come soon, perhaps any day now. As such one would do anything to prevent this. As things stand now Obama and John Mc Cain are dead even in the polling numbers for November and Obama continues to be dangerously weak with certain voter constituencies necessary to win in November. Karl Rove himself has stated that experiance is the key to qualification for President. In my last posting I even "made a deal with the Devil" alias God to insure Obama continues as candidate. But there are certain things nobody can do. It's absurd, for instance to hear me defend Christianity, which I now despize. On the last posting I even defended that Pastor who said Adolph Hitler was acting in God's will, which is sick. There are certain types of evil there is just no place for no matter what Jesus of KFI implies. Now they have things on the internet saying Obama is a member of the Church of Oprah. I didn't even know Oprah Winfrey had organized her own church- - and that both she and he are part of some vast Occultic conspiricy. This is in addition to charges of Obama being an Moslem There is that Luigi Cascioli promo that states that Christianity is basically organized Hate. Obama it has become clearly apparent, will have to fight a lot of sheer organized hate and prejudice between now and November. The fact that Berock is a derivation of Baruch, which means "Blessed" apparently doesn't carry much weight with the Jewish community. If I were Berock, I'd do everything I could to assure the Jewish community that I had their best interests at heart, since they are such an essential voting block, especially among democrats.
But I'd like to take a look now at just how "Historic" Christianity is. On the subject a lot of us are from Missouri. You're really going to have to "Show me" and a lot of others if you're going to get us to give up our Faith. For me there are a lot of personal indicators that Christianity has been bad for my emotional well being. Ironically, I'm one of those people who if you were to do a psychological profile- - I'd qualify as a good candidate for religion. I'm always looking for "hidden forces" and because of the way my brain is wired I'm good at picking out patterns in everything. Two of the most damnable people (if I may be so bold) as far as I'm concerned are KFI's Jesus Christ personage, and the Rev. Bill Halliday, whom I once described as a "finely honed instrument of Satan". He reminds me of that black blog in that StarTrek episode entitled "Skin of Evil" that tortures its victums. I wouldn't be so down on Christianity wern't they such obvious blatent liars. For instance I have been told since day one that "Whatever God does in your life he's making you a better person and preparing you for the Kingdom". What a comedown then to hear people like Jesus Christ say that people who disbelieve in God are "damaged goods" and have obviously had some "issue" in their lives that unballanced them mentally. Neither Bill Halliday or Jesus Christ of KFI seem to regard prayer very highly, and usually if a Christian wants to "pray with you" at all it's to cut off dialog and go into a running monolog of all of your many faults and shortcomings. These are some personal considerations.
Aside from all this there is the macro picture of whether the Jesus Christ of history even existed at all. For instance two early references point to a "Crestus" in one case and "Christus" in another. In both cases and particularly the first "Crestus" is spoken of as still alive and his followers were driven out of Rome in AD 50 by Claudius. I'm a little suspicious that refers to Jesus as "Christ" by a pagen as though that were his name and not his title. I'm also suspicious of people who refer to him as "The Nazarine" when Nazareth did not even exist yet in the first century as a city on a Roman map. But even though there is no clear extra Biblical evidence of Jesus, if you crank up the magnification high enough you're bound to come up with something- even if it turns out to be static. There are a couple of cases "the cat dragged in" that I would like to discuss now. The first is the saga of a magition and sorceror in Galilee as follows:
In Sanhedrin 43a, the execution of a certain Yeshu for sorcery, and enticing others to apostasy, is mentioned. Because of his connections with the government a town crier was sent to call for witnesses in his favour for forty days before his execution. No one came forth and in the end he was stoned and hanged on the Eve of Passover. Sanhedrin 43a also mentions that a certain Yeshu (possibly intended to be the one it mentions earlier) had gathered five disciples Matai, Nekai, Netzer, Buni, and Todah who were executed. In the Florence manuscript of the Talmud (1177 CE) an addition is made to Sanhedrin 43a saying that Yeshu was hanged on the eve of the Sabbath. This is not found in the other manuscripts and is generally considered too late to have authority. - - - - - OK what we have here is the case of a man who exorcised demons and probably healed people. What I have wondered if whether more than one "Jesus" faximile was combined to form a Whole presented in the Gospels. In the earliest manuscripts about Jesus he seems subdivided into "Jesus the healer" and "Jesus the teacher". Oddly Jesus didn't seem to be doing any healing his great week in Jerusalem, when one would have expected his healing activity to rise to a peak. What's odd about this passage is that in a Papel Bull issued around 1530 it was ordered that all references to this Yeshua be excised from the Talmud. The only place where it remained is in the Babylonian Talmud. In the courts this is what they would call "guilty knowledge" as to why the Pope acted, and in trials would help in conviction.
There is another individual who is of interest, particularly to me, who claims that Jesus actually came FROM Egypt and went back TO Egypt- as follows:
At this time there came out of
The Phoenix lander had sucessfully landed on Mars. Leo Laporte has spoken of the two successful ventures of this day. This space craft with all its expensive equipment landing on Mars, and that woman who is rowing across the Pacific. This craft will yield valuable information about possible life on Mars, which Christians seem to be inalterably against. It's sad that today's school children can't witness the thrill of space exploration on TV like we did.

The Desperate Hours for Hillary
For Hillary Clinton it is truly the Desperate Hours. Today Hillary compared a candidate not winning the majority of deligates like her husband in 1992 to the assasenation of Bobby Kennedy, a “case in point” example to prove her point. Why would Hillary use the most traumatic year for this country and party to illustrate her own sick point. It’s clear Hillary is so obsessed with winning her head isn’t on straight. We know that there are certain people who “lose it”. They say it happened to Zell Miller. Some are saying that Obama “has to” offer the Vice Presidency to her. One is inclined to ask, “or she’ll do WHAT?” Her campaign organization is insisting that Hillary is not even THINKING of ending her campaign for President. At this point I’d only give Obama about a sixty percent chance of getting it. She is what you would call “dangerously viable”. As a logical consequence of her winning it would indeed be another 1968 for the Democratic Party where the forces of progress are shut down, as it were “aborted”. If I were Hillary I’d do anything to prevent that from happening. What we have now is kind of a Mexican stand-off, and you know those often don’t end well.Maxine Waters of
This evening I made a deal with God. If God will insure that Obama gets the democratic party nomination then I vow to quite smoking, be a much more avowed, active witness for Jesus, and also to defend Christianity and even people whom I don’t personally like in my blogs. I just hope this fleece isn’t the kiss of death for the Obama campaign. It’s just that I believe the American people deserve a clear choice.
Apparently the terms left and right wing date all the way back to Parliament during the French revolution where the rabel rousers were seated on the left and the nobility was seated to the right of the Magestrate. Now you know.
Lots of car makers are coming out with hybrids now like the Honda Civic and the Chevy Malibu. But according to ABC news it isn’t clear whether hybrids are a good money saving deal in the long run, even at these $4.10 per gallon gasoline prices.
Apparently they have cut things out of US history classes in our schools, such as talk of social reform, labor unions, women’s suffrage, and the robber barons and anti trust legislation. It’s a lot easier to be a conservative if you know of nothing else.
Isaac Newton pulls a “Homer Simpson”. I am one of the people who ceased upon
In my first act of defending God and all his ways, I’d like to take you back to the Deal or No Deal game. I said that if you wanted to you could rig the game so that one could punch in the dollar figures transmitted remotely into the lady’s cases. All you would have to do to rig the game would be to low ball all the players you didn’t like and who already have been designated to “wipe out” in this game - - - and give them bum bankers deals, to encourage them to stay in the game past the point where they should logically be getting out. If there was a player you liked and you knew “they” were going to let him win and you’re the banker, you would consistently give him deals that were overly generous to encourage him to get out of the game. Let me say, as God, he is morally justified in anything he chooses to do. It doesn’t matter whether A is a better “player” than B in terms of skills most conducive to winning the game, if God in his sovereignty has chosen “B” to win the game we are to say “Amen, Lord”. For we know that God lifts up certain people and abases others and who are we to judge?
Randy Rhodes quoted two different pastors of John Mc Cain, both of which he has had to repuliate today because each has made statements too extreme to be palatable to anyone politically savy. But in their defence I’ll say that too often such men are quoted out of context. Often any attributed supernatural manifestions are viewed as something only “nut cases” would believe. But at the same time, Randy Rhodes won’t say what she herself believes or whether her own private beliefs are any less irrational.
It began sprinkling when I went to the bakery for coffee. But when I got there I thought they were out. I asked the lady and it turned out there was coffee in that thermos thing I’d seen sitting there a while. One must explore fully one’s options. They’re saying “Shoot it and send it” on Eye Witness news, even if it is a bogus looking photograph. There is snow falling in Wrightwood. There is hail at a lower elevation and another tornado. In the news is a Latino child molester who rubbed his genitals up against a five year old girl. It seems he pursued this one child through a crowd. One guy nabbed him but he got away. But then this same Good Samaritan looked up a bunch of faces in a book and recognized him, and now he’s going away for 25 years.
The
John Mc Cain released his medical records of over a thousand pages but according to Randy Rhodes it was only a select group of reporters who got to view them for a three hour period. Apparently there is nothing that incriminating in them.
John Mc Cain has come out against that new Vetterans benefits bill that was passed in congress involving education & other benefits. The President plans to veto the bill. The line of reasoning goes that if that veteran declines to sign up for that fifth tour of duty in order to cash in on his earned benefits the army will suffer. Thus a bill that seems
